The products you order from this site are printed on demand; therefore, we will not accept returns of any merchandise, unless it is damaged.

Please note: We do our best to prevent shipping plants with snails; however, this is nature and they can/will occur. We make no guarantee that the plants you receive will not have snails. We use assassin snails and a variety of loaches to control the population, as well as we manually inspect each plant prior to shipment. If you are concerned about snails, there are many youtube videos that exist that will show you how to chemically treat the plant before placing it in the aquarium, or the plants should be properly quarantined prior to placing them in your tank.
